Here is a spicy cinnamon marinade for those who can easily step out of their comfort zone and be open-minded about great taste.
Spicy Cinnamon Marinade
1 Tbsp ground chipotle pepper
- 1/4 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp Kosher salt
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 4 Tbsp fresh lime juice
- 1/4 cup Pinot Noir
- Whisk wine, oil, lime juice, chipotle and cinnamon in small bowl.
- Add marinade to your beef in a resealable plastic bag, making sure to coat the entire cut.
- Refrigerate a minimum of 40 minutes.
- Grill over medium-high heat until desired doneness, depending on the thickness of the cut.
