Ultimate Ribs Rub
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup sea salt
- 1/4 cup dark brown sugar, dried
- 2 Tbsp chili powder
- 4 tsp ground cumin
- 2 tsp Accent (MSG)
- 2 tsp chipotle pepper
- 2 tsp black pepper, freshly groun
- 2 tsp granulated garlic powder
- 2 tsp onion powder
Let’s get started
Clean, dry ribs and add rub to both sides Place ribs in refrigerator over night Set up your grill for indirect grilling; Skewer your ribs into a circle as shown above Maintain a temperature of 325 degrees for three hours. When meat begins to pull away from bone, pull off the grill and let cool. This will be an internal temp of 190 degrees. Remove skewers and cut into double-sections (two bones per piece)
