Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb Select Ground Beef
  • 1 t Salt
  • 1 t Black Pepper
  • 1 T Garlic Paste
  • 4 oz Pepper Jack Cheese
  • 4 oz Curry Ketchup
  • 6 Whole Wheat Slider Buns
  • 1/2 Red Onion, thinly sliced
  • 1 Avocado, sliced

Instructions
 

  • Add the ground beef to a large mixing bowl. Add garlic paste, salt and pepper. Mix well.

  • Form into small patties, about four inches in diameter. Add dimple to each patty.

  • Grill over medium-high coals for two minutes per side. Move to cool side of grill and cover.

  • Toast the slider buns over the hot coals for about 40 seconds. Construct your sliders. Add red onion, avocado, light olive oil mayonnaise and Red Duck Curry Ketchup.
