Halloween is the perfect excuse to get a little weird with your cocktails. And when the drink looks like something escaped from a haunted laboratory, well… even better.
Meet the Bloody White Chocolate Martini — a creepy-cool Halloween cocktail that brings together raspberry vodka, white chocolate liqueur and a splash of half-and-half for a sweet, silky drink with just enough wickedness to keep things interesting.
But first, we need some blood.
No vampires were harmed in the making of this cocktail. Just mix a little corn syrup with red food coloring and you’ve got everything you need to turn an ordinary martini glass into a seriously gruesome piece of barware. Let the fake blood drip down the sides a little.

Don’t worry about making it pretty. Messy is the whole point.
Once your glass is appropriately bloody, it’s time to make the good stuff.
Toss the raspberry vodka, white chocolate liqueur and half-and-half into a shaker packed with ice. Give it a good shake until it’s cold, creamy and ready for its Halloween debut.
Pour it into that beautifully blood-soaked glass and admire your handiwork. The result is sweet, creamy and fruity with a fun raspberry kick — basically dessert in a martini glass wearing a Halloween costume.
It’s the kind of cocktail that looks downright dangerous but goes down surprisingly easy. Which, of course, means you should probably keep an eye on these at the Halloween party.
Because around Grillax, we don’t just bring the booze. We bring the spectacle.

Grillax Halloween Tip
Don’t be shy with the fake blood. A few dramatic drips down the glass make this cocktail look much more sinister — and make for a killer presentation at a Halloween party.
Sweet. Creamy. Creepy. That’s one hell of a Halloween cocktail.
