Blackberry Bourbon Lemonade
Equipment
- 1 cocktail shaker
Ingredients
- 12 oz fresh blackberries
- 2 oz simple syrup
- 4 mint leaves
- 2.5 oz fresh lemon juice
- 2.5 oz top-shelf bourbon
- 1 club soda to taste
- 1 pinch fresh rosemary sprig
Instructions
- Muddle the blackberries, mint and simple syrup in a cocktail shaker until well combined
- Add to cocktail shaker:1 cup ice, lemon juice, and bourbon; shake. Strain into a Mason glass filled with ice and top with club soda to taste. Garnish with a lemon and a rosemary sprig.
