
Southern Fish Fry Seasoning
Along with your catch of fresh fish fillets, you’ll need to mix up a simple seasoning with white corn meal, salt, pepper, garlic and onion powders.
Ingredients
- 1.5 c White Corn Meal
- 2 tsp Sea Salt
- 1 tsp Black Pepper
- 1 Tbsp Garlic Powder
- 1 Tbsp Onion Powder
- 1 tsp cayenne/chipotle pepper (optional)
Instructions
- Mix all ingredients before dredging fish. Can be stored up to six (6) weeks in airtight container.
