Smoked Oats Protein Bites
Smoked Oats Protein Bites are exactly what you need when bringing your healthy eating habits back to peak levels.
What's In It?
- 3 c smoked large rolled oats
- 1 banana, mashed
- 3/4 c peanut butter
- 1/4 c molasses
- 1/4 c water
- 10 oz 72% dark cacao chips
- 24 oz pitted Medjool dates
- 1 t almond extract
How to Make It

Set your smoker to 180 degrees and add pecan wood. Spread oats on a sheet pan and smoke 20 minutes.

Combine all ingredients in food processor until fully combined and resembles a dough ball.

Divide mixture and roll into bite-sized balls and place on sheet pan.

Refrigerate a minimum of 30 minutes before serving.

Can be saved in storage bags up to 10 days in refrigerator.
