Finding the right recipe for the perfect grilled pizza isn't easy ... until now. You're welcome.

Stir together warm water and dark molasses until dissolved. Add the instant yeast, stir and let it stand for two minutes.
Using a stand mixer, add flour and salt to the bowl and mix on low using a dough hook. Pour the molasses mixture into the mixing bowl. Slowly add olive oil. Continue to mix on low for five minutes.
Form the dough into a dome and place it in a lightly greased bowl. Put a little flour on your hands to keep the dough from sticking as you mold into a dome. Cover with a baker's towel and let the dough rise in a warm place for two hours, or until the dough has doubled in size with air.
Set your grill to the highest temperature, preferably in the 6-700 degree Fahrenheit range. Add your pizza stone to your hot grill and let it come to temperature.
Sprinkle cornmeal on a pizza peel or baking sheet. Cut the dough in half and stretch into a round shape. This doesn't have to be perfect. Brush the dough with olive oil and sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese and red pepper flakes. Add your remaining toppings, but don't add too much. With grilled pizza, less is more.
Grill the pizza for about 8 minutes, rotating the pizza ever 2-3 minutes. Remove from grill when the toppings and cheese on top are bubbly.
Serve immediately.
