The Breeo Burger puts your ground beef, seasoned with Gaston's Seasoning, on top of hardwood coals ramping up the flavor to an all-time high!

Breeo Burger brings all the flavors to your mouth

The Breeo Burger, arguably the most intense beef flavor to ever come off a grill. Quality beef and seasonings, paired with hardwood coals on a Breeo Double Flame firepit, the flavors are phenomenal.

We like to use a beef-to-fat ratio of 80/20 for our mondo Breeo Burger. We like to measure out 8-10 ounces of beef for each patty. This may sound like a lot, but it will all work out in the end, and you will love it.

The Breeo Burger puts your ground beef, seasoned with Gaston’s Seasoning, on top of hardwood coals ramping up the flavor to an all-time high. We prefer pecan wood, but definitely play around with different hardwoods for the best flavor you prefer.

Gaston’s Seasoning is an excellent flavoring for beef, as we added a few shakes of this seasoning before making patties, then topped them off when over the coals.

Breeo Burger

  • 3 pounds 80/20 ground beef (roughly four patties)
  • Gaston’s Original Seasoning
  • 1 large Vidalia onion, sliced/grilled
  • 3 pats butter
  • 1 medium tomtato
  • Romaine lettuce
  • Havarti cheese
  • Spicy whole grain brown mustard
  • Fresh hamburger buns

In a large bowl combine beef with two tablespoons of seasoning, mix well.

Grab 10-12 ounces of beef and work into a patty. You should have just enough for four patties.

With your fire pit full of hardwood coals, set your grate height to just above high heat (about 12 inches from the coals). Adjust to your liking.

Sear your onion slices on both sides, topping with butter, salt and pepper. Set aside.

Top each patty with more seasoning, and let sear over the coals for about 4-6 minutes. Flip the burgers and season again.

Sear the patties on the grate until they reach an internal temperature of 160 degrees. A Thermapen works wonders on the fly with internal temperatures off the grill.

Place a patty on the bottom bun, and build up with tomato, onion, cheese and lettuce. Spread mustard on top bun and place on the Breeo Burger.

Now, prepare for an unbelievable burger experience.

Happy Grilling.

  • We were quite impressed with the Breeo for these burgers. If you love to be outside, cooking over sticks is so much fun and adds great flavor to burgers. 🙂
