What's In It?
- 1 lb Select Ground Beef
- 1 t Salt
- 1 t Black Pepper
- 1 T Garlic Paste
- 4 oz Pepper Jack Cheese
- 4 oz Curry Ketchup
- 6 Whole Wheat Slider Buns
- 1/2 Red Onion, thinly sliced
- 1 Avocado, sliced
How to Make It

Add the ground beef to a large mixing bowl. Add garlic paste, salt and pepper. Mix well.

Form into small patties, about four inches in diameter. Add dimple to each patty.

Grill over medium-high coals for two minutes per side. Move to cool side of grill and cover.

Toast the slider buns over the hot coals for about 40 seconds. Construct your sliders. Add red onion, avocado, light olive oil mayonnaise and Red Duck Curry Ketchup.
