Our Java Rib Sauce brings in the bold, rich flavor of espresso with the sweet tangy vibes from traditional barbecue sauce.

 1 ½ cups Minced Vidalia onion
 ¾ cup Espresso (brewed)
 ½ cup Ketchup
 2 tbsp Real butter
 2 tbsp Garlic paste
 2 tbsp Dark brown sugar
 2 tbsp Apple cider vinegar
 2 tbsp Dark molasses
 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
 1 tsp Spanish paprika
 1 tsp mustard powder
 1 tsp Cayenne powder

In a large saucepan over medium heat, melt butter. Add the onion and garlic, until transparent and slightly browned.

Stir in the remaining ingredients and bring to slow boil. Reduce heat to simmer, uncovered, until thickened and reduced to just over a cup of sauce.

Use an immersion blender to purée the sauce.

Add to pork ribs, loins or chops.
