Ultimate Brisket Sauce
Ingredients
- 1 Tbsp Butter
- 1 Onion, chopped
- 1/2 c Water
- 1/2 c Chili Sauce
- 1/2 c Ketchup
- 1/4 c White Vinegar
- 2 Tbsp Lemon Juice, fresh squeezed
- 2 Tbsp Dark Brown Sugar
- 2 Tbsp Worchestershire
- 1 Tbsp Dark Molasses
- 2 tsp Dry Mustard
- 1/2 tsp Black Pepper
- 1/2 tsp Spanish Paprika
Instructions
- Melt butter in large skillet over medium heat. Add onion. Cover and simmer 10 minutes.
- Blend in remaining ingredients. When it reaches boiling temperature, reduce heat and simmer 30 minutes, uncovered, stirring occasionally.
- Use immediately, or store in air-tight container in refrigerator up to three (3) months.
