
Montréal Steak Seasoning

Ingredients
- 3 T sea salt
- 3 T coarse black pepper
- 2 T granulated garlic
- 2 T spicy smoked paprika
- 2 T granulated onion
- 1 T dill
- 1 T ground coriander
- 1 t brown sugar
- 1 T crushed red pepper flakes
- 1 T dried mustard
Instructions
- Mix all ingredients together, store in an airtight container for up to five (5) months.
- Use on beef, pork or Gulf fish before grilling or smoking.
