Ingredients

  • 3 T sea salt
  • 3 T coarse black pepper
  • 2 T granulated garlic
  • 2 T spicy smoked paprika
  • 2 T granulated onion
  • 1 T dill
  • 1 T ground coriander
  • 1 t brown sugar
  • 1 T crushed red pepper flakes
  • 1 T dried mustard

Instructions

  • Mix all ingredients together, store in an airtight container for up to five (5) months.
  • Use on beef, pork or Gulf fish before grilling or smoking.
