
Guru New Year Smoothie
This peanut butter, banana and oatmeal smoothie is a highly nutritious, protein-packed, and fiber-rich meal replacement or post-workout snack. It provides a balanced combination of macronutrients (high protein, moderate carbs, low fat) while being, on average, around 300–350 calories.
Ingredients
- 1 medium banana, break into thirds frozen
- ¼ c oats rolled or quick
- 2-3 t peanut butter powder
- 2 scoops marine protein powder
- ½ c almond milk
Instructions
- Place all ingredients into a blender.
- Blend until smooth.
Notes
Adjust the consistency of your smoothie by using less or more milk, starting with less and slowly adding more until you get your perfect consistency.
