
Buffalo Butt Nuggets

Ingredients
- 1 whole Pork Shoulder
- 12 ounces Heath Riles Lemon Pepper Buffalo seasoning
Instructions
- Preheat smoker/grill to 425 degrees Fahrenheit.
- Rinse pork shoulder and pat dry with paper towels.
- Slice the pork into 1+ inch steaks, then cube.
- Place cubed pork onto smoking screen (keep the screen on a baking sheet to minimize mess)
- Season the pork nuggets thoroughly with Heath Riles Lemon Pepper Buffalo seasoning.
- Place the rack on the smoker for 40 minutes, or until nuggets reach an internal temperature of 175 degrees Fahrenheit.
- Let the nuggets cool down for 30 minutes and then serve as-is or with your favorite dipping sauce.
