Southern Fish Fry Seasoning

Along with your catch of fresh fish fillets, you’ll need to mix up a simple seasoning with white corn meal, salt, pepper, garlic and onion powders.

What's In It?

  • 1.5 c White Corn Meal
  • 2 tsp Sea Salt
  • 1 tsp Black Pepper
  • 1 Tbsp Garlic Powder
  • 1 Tbsp Onion Powder
  • 1 tsp cayenne/chipotle pepper (optional)

How to Make It

  1. Mix all ingredients before dredging fish. Can be stored up to six (6) weeks in airtight container.
