What's In It?

  • 3 c smoked large rolled oats
  • 1 banana, mashed
  • 3/4 c peanut butter
  • 1/4 c molasses
  • 1/4 c water
  • 10 oz 72% dark cacao chips
  • 24 oz pitted Medjool dates
  • 1 t almond extract

How to Make It

  1. Set your smoker to 180 degrees and add pecan wood. Spread oats on a sheet pan and smoke 20 minutes.

  2. Combine all ingredients in food processor until fully combined and resembles a dough ball.

  3. Divide mixture and roll into bite-sized balls and place on sheet pan.

  4. Refrigerate a minimum of 30 minutes before serving.

  5. Can be saved in storage bags up to 10 days in refrigerator.
