This is an excellent, peppery sauce that is perfect for beef brisket off the grill.
Melt butter in large skillet over medium heat. Add onion. Cover and simmer 10 minutes.
Blend in remaining ingredients. When it reaches boiling temperature, reduce heat and simmer 30 minutes, uncovered, stirring occasionally.
Use immediately, or store in air-tight container in refrigerator up to three (3) months.
