Blackberry Bourbon Lemonade

A light, refreshing summer bourbon Gameday Cocktail, this Blackberry Bourbon Lemonade is easy on the eyes and the taste buds.

What's In It?

  • 12 oz fresh blackberries
  • 2 oz simple syrup
  • 4 mint leaves
  • 2.5 oz fresh lemon juice
  • 2.5 oz top-shelf bourbon
  • 1 club soda to taste
  • 1 pinch fresh rosemary sprig

How to Make It

  1. Muddle the blackberries, mint and simple syrup in a cocktail shaker until well combined

  2. Add to cocktail shaker:1 cup ice, lemon juice, and bourbon; shake. Strain into a glass filled with ice and top with club soda to taste. Garnish with a lemon and a rosemary sprig.
